Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Management Software

The City of New Haven is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a secure, cloud-based Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Management Application. The solution will centralize the intake, tracking, redaction, and fulfillment of public-records requests; support compliance with Connecticut FOIC requirements; and integrate with the City’s OnBase and Microsoft environments. The selected vendor will provide implementation, configuration, training, ongoing support, and a solution that improves transparency, workflow efficiency, records access, and compliance reporting.
