Description
The Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (NECCOG), on behalf of its member municipalities, hereby invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified environmental consulting firms and Licensed Environmental Professionals (LEPs) to provide environmental assessment services for two municipally owned brownfield redevelopment sites located in Chaplin and Killingly, Connecticut.
