East Haven Hagaman Memorial Library - Replacement Cooling System

East Haven invites bids from qualified HVAC contractors for the purchase, delivery and installation of a replacement HVAC cooling system at the Hagaman Memorial Library, located at 227 Main Street East Haven CT 06512. The October 8, 2026 Bid Opening date is to allow the Award to be made by end of October, allowing equipment ordering at that time, to insure installation in March-April 2027. MANDATORY Walkthrough at the Site on Thursday September 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance required of each prospective bidders to qualify for submission. Project is funded in part by a CT State Library Construction Grant using State Bond Funds, in conjunction with Town capital.
