Day Hill Standpipe Electrical and Site Improvements

The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary for electrical and control improvements at MDC’s Day Hill Standpipe. The work includes, but is not limited, to the following: acquisition of a new electrical service, installation of electrical and control conduits, furnishing of electrical and control equipment, installation of a standby generator system, construction of an electrical/controls shed, and various related site improvements including clearing and grubbing, installation of plantings and fence demolition and new fence installation. The scope of work strictly encompasses the electrical, control and various site work as noted in the Contract Drawings. The Work shall be located in the Town of Windsor.
