MDC Stockyard with Cold Patch Asphalt Mix. The mix shall be furnished for permanent or temporary repair of potholes, utility cuts, pavement failures, edge repairs, and other asphalt maintenance applications on roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, and other paved surfaces. The selected contractor will be expected to enter into a contract for all costs associated with the supply and delivery of Cold Patch Asphalt Mix to the MDC’s stockyard located at 125 Maxim Road, Hartford, CT 06114.
