Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. A second Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Meet at the front of the Ferguson Library located at, 1 Public Library Plaza, Stamford, CT 06901. Bidders who attended the first Pre-Bid Meeting do NOT need to attend the second.
