Cider Mill Elementary School - A/E Services

RFQ/P W-2026-13 Cider Mill Elementary School is for A/E Services for the exterior Restoration, Roof and RTU Replacement. The Town of Wilton is seeking qualified architects/engineers licensed to practice in the State of CT, to design, prepare contract documents and perform construction administration. The A/E will also be responsible for assisting the Town in obtaining a school construction grant(s). W-2026-13 will be advertised Thursday 8/17/26 at 10:00AM. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be conducted on 8/26/26 at 10:00AM. Please meet at the main entrance to the school, all visitors will be required to show identification. Questions may be submitted to Jeff Pardo via email jeff.pardo@wiltonct.gov up until 9/7/26 at 4:00PM. Qualifications/Proposals are due no later than September 17, 2026 at 2:00PM. Sealed qualifications/Proposals are to be delivered to the Office of the First Selectman, 238 Danbury Road, Wilton C 06897.
