Camp Newhoca Lodge and Facilities Renovation

The Town of Vernon, Connecticut, is seeking proposals for the renovation of Camp Newhoca Lodge and Facilities located at 195 Grier Road, Vernon, Connecticut. A firm must have demonstrated experience in providing such service and adhere to State and Federal standards and requirements typical for such service. A mandatory walk-through is scheduled for: October 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM at 195 Grier Road, Vernon, Connecticut 06066. Walk-through attendees remain at the walk-through until its completion. Proposals from any parties/firms who fail to attend the mandatory walk- through will be disqualified without further consideration.
