Architectural Design Services for the Neighborhood Streetscape Project

The City intends to retain the services of a qualified architectural firm to provide SD, DD, CD and CA, including preliminary cost estimates. They will be responsible for coordination with City of Hartford and the business owners, as well as the Construction Manager. This is contractual agreement between the City of Hartford and the selected architectural firm. The CM will be hired under a separate RFP.
