Architectural and Engineering Services for the New Pulaski School

The City of Meriden (the “City”) is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive design services to the Meriden Public School District (the “District”), the School Building Committee (the “SBC”) and City, in connection with the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Casimir Pulaski Elementary School and grounds (the “Project”) at 1 King Place, Meriden, Connecticut 06451 (the “Property”). The selected firm will be the prime design professional engaged by the City for the Project (the “Architect”). This solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (“RFQ/RFP”).
