2027-10 Professional Services for Weed Beach Bathhouse Deck

The Town of Darien is seeking architectural/engineering services to complete an investigation/structural analysis and provide recommendations for the repair/replacement of the bathhouse deck at Weed Beach located at 155 Nearwater Lane, Darien, CT 06820. Due to its location, we are looking for a firm with experience with FEMA/flood zones and dealing with substantial improvement requirements.
