Clean Watershed Needs Survey The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors to survey the capital needs of wastewater, stormwater, and non-point source facilities in Colorado. This generally includes but is not limited to collecting information regarding type, size, and cost of capital projects and reporting collected information to the EPA by entering data into the EPA portal for the Clean Watershed Needs Survey (CWNS).
