Sole Source - Purchase of Liquid Air Palletized Systems (LAPS), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Engineering Services, Repair parts and associated data

This procurement is for the procurement of supplies such as: Part Number 708999-1 Liquid Air Palletized Systems (LAPS) Kits, Part Number 703099-1 Air Handling Unit (AHU) Kits including future variants, related sub-systems, spares, repair parts, and associated data. These items will be utilized on U.S. Navy P-8A aircraft to provide cooling to critical sensor systems. These sensor systems provide mission essential Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance and Targeting (ISR&T), capability. Services include non-recurring engineering, upgrades, configuration management, reliability and maintainability, failure analysis, corrective actions, obsolescence management activities, logistics/product support, maintenance/repairs, and generation of technical data.
