NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, hereinafter referred to as City or AGENCY invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive sealed bids for the construction, materials, supplies, equipment and/or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package. Scope of Work: The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials and incidentals for construction of the following, including site work and excavaion, electrical, instrumentation, landscaping / irrigation improvements, plumbing, street improvements, restoration of adjacent properties, and appurtenant work. Project scope: Main 12' multi-modal path to match existing park. Secondary 6' walking trail to match existing park. Playground, fitness pods, and art pads. Planted mounds on Armstrong Ave. and Warner Ave. side of park. Event lawn. Hardscape and planting extent as shown on hardscape plans. Other project elements include rocky bluff zone with decorative boulders and boulder seats, shade plaza with metal shade canopies. Paving includes concrete, stabilized decomposed granite for paths, PIP rubber for playground, and concrete pavers for Esplanade along Compass Ave. Planting includes trees, shrub, perennial mixes and turf sod. Stormwater strategies include planted bioretention swale. Lighting includes pedestrian lights along walkways, street lighting and tree uplights.
