RFP for Professional Consulting Services for the Pavement Management Program Update 2027

The City desires to engage a professional consultant to prepare a Pavement Management Program, which shall comply with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) guidelines. The project includes updating the pavement inventory, conducting ASTM/OCTA-compliant condition surveys, updating StreetSaver, completing QA/QC, developing funding scenarios and a seven-year M&R plan, and preparing all documents/data necessary for the City's 2027 M2 eligibility submittal.
