NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redondo Beach, California, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Marina Operations Management Services for the Redondo Beach Marina. The selected firm will enter into an initial three-year agreement with the City, with an option to extend the agreement thereafter. The City of Redondo Beach is seeking proposals from qualified marina operations management firms to provide comprehensive day-to-day management, maintenance and, and operational services of the Marina. All services shall be performed in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined below to support a clean, safe, well‑maintained, and efficiently operated marina environment. General Management and Operations On Site Management and Office Operational Planning Leasing and Tenant (Slip Holder) Services Boat Hoist Operations Maintenance and Facilities Management Emergency and Safety Services Security Management Financial Management Boat Launch (Anticipated 2030) An optional pre-proposal site walk will be held at 181 N. Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT . The site walk will include a tour of all properties in the Redondo Beach Marina. The site walk will begin promptly at 10:00 AM PDT.
