RFP/Q#2626-001 Waterfront Property Management Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redondo Beach, California, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Waterfront Property Management Services. The selected firm will enter into an initial three-year agreement with the City, with an option to extend the agreement thereafter. The City of Redondo Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified property management firms to provide full-service property management for the City’s waterfront commercial portfolio (“Property”). The City reserves the right to add or remove properties from the Property over the duration of the agreement. The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive day-to-day operations, lease administration, financial management, tenant relations, vendor and maintenance coordination, environmental compliance, and long-term asset stewardship. All services shall be performed in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined below to support a clean, safe, well-maintained, and thriving waterfront experience. An optional pre-proposal site walk will be held at 100 W Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM PDT . The site walk will include a tour of all properties in the portfolio (Property), including Pier Plaza, International Boardwalk, Fisherman’s Wharf, Kincaid’s, and Pier Parking Structure Storage Units. The site walk will begin promptly at 1:00 PM PDT.
