RFP Anaheim West Tower - EOC Window Improvement

To reduce the risk of facility damage, the City of Anaheim (City) is requesting proposals to construct a ballistic steel plated system along the perimeter of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The system shall be furnished to the protective system on the interior side of the building. The intent of the design is to furnish a system which covers line of sight along the large windows only. Coverage is not required along the upper small windows.
