Peralta Hills Sanitary Sewer Improvement

The City of Anaheim (City) seeks the services of a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project, which encompasses the neighborhood of Peralta Hills specifically (Peralta Hills Drive, Cerro Vista Drive, Peralta Way, and Cerro Vista Way). This project aims to improve the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure by upsizing the existing 6-inch pipe to an 8-inch. The consultant will be responsible for delivering a complete PS&E package along with recommendations for the most effective and less impactful to the neighborhood solutions.
