RFP 26-139 - Wastewater Treatment Plant & Recycled Water Upgrades

The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering design, permitting support, bidding assistance, and optional engineering services during construction for the phased modernization and expansion of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and recycled water facilities. The selected Consultant shall provide a multidisciplinary team capable of delivering a complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) suitable for public bidding while supporting the City's funding, regulatory, and operational objectives.
