RFP 2026-01 Information Security Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit proposals from a qualified contractor to contribute to Covered California's Information Security strategic initiatives and corresponding projects. The contract includes supporting the information security program through full-time and project-based services, including risk management; compliance; security policies, procedures, and standards; security engineering and architecture; security incident response; third-party risk management; technical security advisory services and implementation; threat detection and log monitoring; and data protection.
