RFP 2026-05: Project Management Consulting Pool

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide Covered California with a pre-approved pool of qualified project management organizations and/or individuals from which Covered California will contract with for various projects. The project manager pool will provide Covered California with access to several high-quality project managers with various specialized areas of expertise as well as a breadth of project management capacity that will complement Covered California staff's expertise. Covered California will utilize Contractor's services to meet changing needs for a broad range of objectives and goals.
