Provide Consultant Services for the Mills Act Historical Property Contract Program; Inspections of Existing Contracts

The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning’s (“DCP”) Office of Historic Resources (“OHR”) requests proposals from consultants (Consultants) on the prequalified Historic Preservation Studies, Surveys, and Related Services bench list (Opportunity ID# 31344) to conduct inspections of existing contracted properties under the Mills Act Historical Property Contract Program. It is anticipated that the consultant services will be utilized over a two-year period between August 2026 and August 2028 for two phases of inspections. Proposals will only be accepted from firms on the prequalified list associated with the aforementioned Opportunity ID# 31344.
