Provide architecture and engineering (A&E) design services for Project AFBCIF# 270022 (Project #ZQEL 25-0004), Repair Club Kitchen and Dining Room at Youngstown ARS. Scope of work includes technical engineering specifications, structural drawings, and floor layouts through 35%, 65%, and 100% design completion marks. All questions need to be e-mailed to kimberly.hitchcock.1@us.af.mil by 1000 14 October 2026. The Brooks Act does apply. Do not provide pricing on the SF330.
