Convert existing High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes to express lanes (also known as High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes) and will also construct a new 2nd express lane to create a dual express lanes system along United States 101 (US101) from the US101/SR237 interchange in Sunnyvale to Taylor Road Interchange in San Jose.
