Obsolete Bus Stop Shelter Replacement

Project scope includes upgrades to 19 existing bus stops located in the City of San Jose, Santa Clara, VTA Transit Centers, Mission College and Evergreen Valley College Campus. Upgrades to bus stops include but are not limited to removing and salvaging existing transit shelters, and shelters benches. Installing new shelters and shelter benches. Connect new shelter's lighting to existing VTA shelter lighting pull box. Bus stop upgrades also include replacing damaged PCC sidewalks, concrete bus pads, curbs and gutters. Additional improvements to the bus stop also include but is not limited to installing new shelter lighting pull box and connecting new pull box to existing or new city's junction electrical pull box, installing detectable directional surface tile, trash receptacle, refreshing curb paint as well as bike and traffic lane stripe.
