General work description: The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting Bids (bid) for “Guadalupe Division - Guard House” (Project). Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform site, roadway, utility, security, access control, lighting, CCTV, barrier, and related improvements associated with the Guadalupe Division – Guard House including all demolition, installation, testing, coordination, restoration, and other incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional project in accordance with the Contract.
