PLUMBING JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR IGSA PROJECTS

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of repair and replacement of plumbing related components and systems, and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), and Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC).
