IGSA General Municipal Building Roofing Job Order Contract

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available workforce for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of roof repairs and remediation; removal, disposal and replacement of existing roofs; necessary roof preparation and installation of new architecturally similar roof materials; removal and replacement of metal flashing, roof gutters and downspouts; repair of deteriorated roof decking; evaluation of existing vent systems and installation of additional roof vents; all miscellaneous work for a complete installation of new roof; and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community.
