On-Call Civil Engineering Design and Technical Support Services

The City of Victorville (City) is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified civil engineering consulting firms to provide On-Call Civil Engineering Design Services to supplement the City's in-house Engineering Department and support the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The City intends to establish agreements with up to three (3) qualified civil engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Services will be assigned based on project needs, consultant qualifications, availability, expertise, and the specific requirements of each assignment.
