IFB No. 132669 Pomona Latrine Repairs, Pomona Armory

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace four (4) existing obsolete shower valve assemblies, replace existing restroom toilet partitions and associated hardware, and replace the existing exhaust fan serving the restroom and shower area. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 132669, Pomona Latrine Repairs and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 9/16/2026, at 1:00 PM at Pomona Armory, 1700 E First Street, Pomona, CA 91766. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/23/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 132669.
