IFB No. 130887 Building 4207 (Base Bid) & Building 4208 (Bid Alternate) Renovation, Camp Roberts

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for an all-inclusive interior and exterior renovation of Barracks Building 4207, with Building 4208 as a bid alternate. The final delivery must be a fully functional, modernized facility that flawlessly integrates all new systems.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 130887, Building 4207 (Base Bid) & Building 4208 (Bid Alternate) Renovation and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/22/2026, at 10:00 AM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor and a C-22 - Asbestos Abatement Contractor license. If the prime contractor does not possess a C-22 license, then they shall hire a subcontractor with a C-22 license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 8/5/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 130887. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 9/3/2026 at 2:15 PM.
