IFB BVNPT 26-01 Fee Analysis Services

The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT) is inviting responses from qualified, certified vendors to provide Fee Analysis Services. BVNPT licenses and regulates all vocational nurses and psychiatric technicians in California. Additionally, BVNPT licenses and regulates vocational nursing and psychiatric technician schools in California. The Contractor shall perform an analysis of BVNPT¿s current fee structure to determine if fee levels are appropriate for the recovery of the actual cost of conducting its programs to ensure the long-term future fiscal solvency of BVNPT¿s fund. The fee analysis shall include the Licensing, Enforcement, Education and Administration Divisions.
