Market Conduct Multi-State Examination

The Department of Financial Services (Department), Office of Insurance Regulation, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing services to conduct a multi-state market conduct examination of the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., pursuant to sections 624.3161 and 766.315(5)(e), Florida Statutes. The solicitation will be administered through the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (VIP). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this RFP. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
