The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 27C625000 entitled, "CHP El Centro Area office - Roof Maintenance Services." When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. The DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. It is mandatory that you view job site before submitting a bid. A mandatory walk-through will be held on September 23, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the CHP El Centro Area office located at 2802 South Fourth Street, El Centro, CA 92251. A sign-in sheet will be provided at the walk-through. All prospective bidders must sign-in prior to the start of the walk-through.
