Perform historical restoration of the roofing on the Bunkhouse building located at Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz County, California, it being understood that the main roofing materials for the project (shingles, cedar breather, cap sheet, and 3/4" sheathing) shall be furnished by Santa Cruz District and are excluded from the project bid, and that project scheduling shall be subject to material availability and weather conditions. Job Showing is Non Mandatory - see Notice to Contractors included in the Project Manual. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived - however the DVBE incentive still applies.
