Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2026-54-LOC: 35,000 GVWR Regular Cab Chassis with A 50-Foot Aerial and Utility Body ** On June 23, 2026, the Pre-Bid Conference Registration List was posted. ** On June 16, 2026, the Pre-Bid Conference Presentation was posted. The SFMTA requires Bidders to attend a virtual Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference via Microsoft Teams on June 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT. The SFMTA will address Bidders’ questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the IFB or selection process at the Pre-Bid Conference. Please see Section I.D of the IFB. The SFMTA seeks to procure 35,000 GVWR Regular Cab Chassis with A 50-Foot Aerial and Utility Body as listed in the Bid Sheet (Attachment D), in accordance to the SFMTA’s Purchase Order Terms (Attachment A). Warranty and lead time for goods must be provided. Specifications for the 35,000 GVWR Regular Cab Chassis with A 50-Foot Aerial and Utility Body is detailed in the Equipment Specifications (Attachment C). The SFMTA may award a Purchase Order to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications (See IFB Section V) of this Solicitation whose Bid is the Lowest Responsive Bid. Responsive Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined herein. If applicable, the SFMTA’s Contract Compliance Office will assess Bid compliance with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements and assign a Bid Discount to eligible Bids. The IFB and associated documents are attached to this Sourcing Event. If you are interested in submitting a Bid, please follow the submission instructions provided in the IFB document. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website.
