EXT AIR | TERMINAL 3 EAST VIDEO GAME LOUNGE LEASE

The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3 East Video Game Lounge Lease. The lease comprises of one (1) location of approximately 1,100 square feet in Terminal 3 East, post-security, designated as space no. T3.2.060. The term is fourteen (14) years, with no options to extend. The MAG for the first Lease Year shall be $100,000.00. On each MAG Adjustment Date, the MAG with respect to the upcoming Lease Year shall be the greater of the existing MAG or eighty-five (85%) of the Base Rent for the prior Lease Year For each Lease Year, the Base Rent shall be the higher of the MAG or 10% of Gross Revenues.
