The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3 Boarding Area E Travel Convenience Store Lease, a Small Business Set-Aside. The lease comprises of one (1) location of approximately 493 square feet in Terminal 3, Boarding Area E, post-security, designated as Space No. E.2.415. The term is fourteen (14) years, with no options to extend. For each Lease Year, the Base Rent is the greater of the Minimum Annual Guarantee Offer or the sum of the Percentage Rate structured as follows: • 14% of gross revenues achieved up to $500,000.00, plus • 16% of gross revenues achieved from $500,000.01 up to and including $1,000,000.00, plus • 18% of gross revenues achieved over $1,000,000.00 Please review RFP document for all details.
