Contractor shall provide refuse collection, disposal, and recycling services for Great Basin District - Hungry Valley State Vehicular Recreation Area, Los Angeles County, CA in accordance with Exhibit A and the solicitation documents. The DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation has been waived; however, the DVBE incentive still applies.
