IFB NO. C26683001 - Plumas-Eureka State Park, Plumas County CA - Refuse Collection and Disposal Services Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Refuse Disposal Services as described herein: All work shall be completed in accordance with the service specifications, as described in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Refuse Disposal Service Bid Form and contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable sales tax and other expenses. Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website. Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to Sierra.Contracts@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN by close of business on September 16, 2026. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses
