Blanket Advertisement for Various Minor Capital Projects (Not for a specific project) - License B

San Diego State University ("University") is seeking qualified general contractors holding an active California Contractors State License Board ("CSLB") Class B ¿ General Building Contractor license to perform various minor capital projects and related work, as needed, at Snapdragon Stadium, located at 2101 Stadium Way, San Diego, California 92108. The University intends to establish a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified contractors for potential minor capital projects during the 2026¿2030 period. Each Agreement awarded under this solicitation will have a minimum value of zero dollars ($0.00) and a maximum value of one million one hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($1,157,000.00). The initial term of each Agreement will be twenty-four (24) months, with two (2) optional one-year extensions exercisable at the University¿s discretion. The Agreement will expire at the end of the applicable term, including any exercised extensions, or when its maximum value is reached, whichever occurs first.
