Advanced Control Corporation

The Florida Department of Health, Palm Beach County has the need to purchase upgrades and an annual maintenance agreement for the existing Andover Continuum and EcoStruxure Building Management System (BAS) manufactured and distributed by Schneider Electric USA. This BAS was engineered, installed and commissioned, to control the Palm Beach County Health Department HVAC, emergency generator, energy management, and lighting control systems. In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the FDOH, Palm Beach County, requests authorization to purchase as a single source, upgrades and an annual maintenance service agreement from Advanced Control Corporation.
