2025 WSC Operators - Round 2 RFP

This RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing services as both a one-stop operator and primary Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I adult and dislocated worker service provider in an America’s Job Center of California (AJCC), known locally as a WorkSource Center (WSC). This RFP is open only to the List of Qualified WSC Operators (25 applicants) that resulted from a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process and as approved on December 10, 2024 by the WDB. Through this RFP, the City will only be selecting one (1) service provider for each of the following Community Plan Areas (CPA): • Boyle Heights CPA • Southeast Los Angeles / Watts CPA • West Adams–Baldwin Hills–Leimert CPA OR South Los Angeles CPA
