Brake Test Machine (BTM) Maintenance & Training

The Contractor shall provide recurring OEM-certified maintenance and operator training for MAHA-brand Brake Test Machines (BTMs) owned and operated by the 21st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) and 10th Army Air Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) across various locations in Europe. All services must ensure equipment remains fully operational, safe, and compliant with Army in Europe Regulation (AER) 750-1 and the German/European Road Traffic Licensing Regulation (StVZO).
