Provider Agreement (PA) - Complex Behavior Collaborative Consultation & Training

The Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health, is entering into agreements under 7 AAC 81 with qualified providers for the State of Alaska's Complex Behavioral Collaborative and Training program for the purpose of providing consultation plans, behavioral intervention plan trainings, and technical assistance to agencies serving children and adults who have complex behavioral/mental health issues that are often dangerous or life-threatening.
