Capabilities

Provision of technical support to organizations (either governmental, for-profit, and not-for-profit) who manage and/or implement federally and privately funded international health development projects. Technical support includes: -monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services -basic and complex management of global public health projects (includes analysis, budgeting, reporting, MEL, implementation, communication, and administrative functions) -communications with external clients of these organizations and internal communications with project teams -documentation, research, and reporting -team collaboration and project design -presentations and training -business development services (capture and drafting concept notes and proposals)
