We specialize in two core services designed to enhance product functionality and performance. Our Vacuum Metalizing service applies aluminum coatings to plastic parts for EMI, RFI, and ESD shielding. This process is compatible with materials such as PC/ABS, PC, and ABS, with the option to passivate the aluminum coating for additional durability. Additionally, we offer Form in Place (FIP) gasket applications, tailored to specific requirements. Non-conductive gaskets are applied to plastic parts to prevent dust, liquid, or contaminants, while conductive gaskets are applied to metal and metalized plastic parts to ensure effective EMI sealing and shielding.
