Capabilities

We custom design, engineer, and manufacture thermal presses, heat staking machines, inserting machines, de-gating machines, branding machines, and other thermoplastic processing machines, accessories and supplies to meet your thermoplastic processing and other assembly needs. Additionally, we manufacture pneumatic presses and ultrasonic welding accessories. Our thermal presses accurately control time, temperature, pressure, cooling and other parameters for optimum component assembly. Our machines are exceptional for the following applications: • Assembling plastic to other materials by heat staking • Embedding threaded metal inserts into plastic • Sealing or swagging thermoplastic material • Date coding plastic parts • De-gating injection molded parts • Punching, pressing, crimping, cutting and bending metal • Branding imagery or markings into multiple materials • Testing polymer melt under heat and pressure
