Meridian Laboratory is a small, American-owned manufacturer based in Madison, Wisconsin, providing turnkey engineering from R&D and prototyping to high-volume production. We specialize in two core divisions: ROTOCON rotary solutions and ML6 precision molded polyurethane. Our ROTOCON division designs maintenance-free Slip Rings, Fiber Optic Rotary Joints (FORJ), and Rotary Unions rated for 100% duty cycles and low electrical noise in aerospace and naval applications. Our ML6 polyurethane division provides end-to-end molding of high-tolerance components like robotic grippers, bumpers, clamps, and seals with extreme precision and superior bonding for extreme environments. In-house manufacturing capabilities include precision machining (CNC/manual mills and lathes to 0.000027” tolerances), 3D printing, laser engraving, mold making, precision soldering, and wire harness manufacturing. We offer 100% EoL testing, FAI, and CoC to ensure mission-critical reliability for all our parts.
